Break-Action Railgun

This isn't really a final design or anything, wasn't really sure where to go with it. Might come back and redo it later though. Just a railgun concept. Break action with a locking sleeve. I didn't leave room for electrics because it's an older picture and I wasn't thinking logically about how it would work at the time.
